"Build your home business and give yourself choices"

Home Based Business Leads
Who Keep Coming Back

WOULD YOU LIKE TO GENERATE PROFITABLE HOME BASED BUSINESS LEADS WHO KEEP COMING BACK FOR YOUR SERVICES?

Profitable home based business leads are the lifeblood of your business.

Yet selling services is very different from selling products.

  • You cannot show your clients what your service looks like.

  • You cannot give them anything to touch.

  • You cannot even take it back if they do not like it.

ARE YOU UNSURE OF WHETHER YOU ARE DOING A GOOD JOB?

Do you know the feeling of a little insecurity knocking on your consciousness, asking:
Am I really providing a good service?

    Fear adding to that:
Maybe I am in the wrong business?

    And finally desperation settling in:
If the next sale does not work out, I'll go back to being employed.

BUT YOU HAVE CHOSEN A DIFFERENT PATH FOR A REASON.

If you are like me, you want to be free from the daily grunt of office work. You want to be your own boss. You want to create your own success. You want to be in control and provide something valuable to the world.

And you know that it is possible.

You can picture yourself providing your services with clarity and confidence. You can feel the joy of getting great feedback from satisfied clients. You know the pride of achieving the life you dream of.

    So What Makes The Difference?

It really comes down to one thing:

Building trusting relationships with your clients.

It is never enough to simply "get the client". Although in my experience that in itself can take a lot of work.

Once you have a new client (and for existing clients too) you have to work on the relationship.

    RULES

  • Do what you say you are going to do.

  • Keep the client informed - good news and bad.

  • Deliver the service (or product) to a standard that the client is expecting.

All of these things build trust. If you compare a client relationship to a personal relationship many of the same principles apply.

Put yourself in the clients shoes - think about what you would want if you were the client.

    QUESTIONS

  • What helps you to trust others?

  • How do you feel when a service or product is not what you expected when it arrives?

  • If something about the product or service has changed - would you like to know beforehand or at the time it is delivered?

If you want to build a good, trusting relationship with your clients - then always keep the above Rules and Questions in mind.
